TECHNICAL FEATURES
- High resistance anti water hammer tank homologated for maximum
operating pressures up to 16 Bar - Produced according to the standards established by PED 2014/68/UE and DIN EN 13831 regulations
- Approvals: WRAS, ACS
Air valve
Air charging and discharging valve, tested during all stages of the production process, with black plastic valve cap for additional protection.
Tank’s Body
Exterior epoxy-polyester powder coating ensures excellent protection against oxidation and a high-quality aesthetic finish.
Counterflange
Hydraulic connection fitting that links the expansion vessel to the system piping, facilitating installation, maintenance, and replacement of both the vessel and its membrane. Also available with stainless steel counterflange.
PP Protection Cover
Polypropylene cap approved for sanitary use, mounted on the counter-flange, provides additional protection against corrosion and prevents the risk of water contamination.
Water connection
A durable and customizable connection tailored to system requirements. It ensures high functionality, safety, and compliance with certified production standards.
Interchangeable Membrane
Interchangeable variable-geometry and/or balloon-shaped membrane, manufactured according to DIN 4807 standards, improves the tank’s operating performance, resulting in energy savings. It ensures safety by eliminating the risk of liquid contamination, and by preventing both corrosion and the growth of harmful bacteria.
Feet Support
Metal foot that allows the product to be installed and secured to the floor.
Tie Rod
The optional brass tie rod positions the tank membrane optimally, ensuring proper membrane operation by balancing workloads and significantly extending the expansion vessel’s service life. Also available with brass or stainless-steel tie rod.
Use
Hot and cold sanitary water circuits, pressurizing systems, heating systems and refrigeration circuits
